BtGS - Nobani

Nobani is one of Lon Lon Island's potters, working out of her home and offering her clay services to those who need it. She's spent most of her life at the pottery wheel, and decided to make it her career early on.

Not only is she a potter, but she is also the mother of Terrik and his older brother, Nabei. Their father, Sileux, has not been seen since his departure from Lon Lon over twenty years ago. Left to raise two boys on her own, she had to devote almost all of her time to her job, leaving the brothers to their own devices. The two grew very close to each other, and eventually Nobani was able to relax a bit once Nabei joined the ranks of the swordsmen and she had one less child to worry about. It was shortly after he became a swordie that he got the guts to go off and try to find his father in the darkness. It devastated both Nobani and Terrik when he left out of the blue, and she's since regretted spending so little time with her children. She's trying to do better with Terrik, but she still has her job to worry about, and now that he's in the shoes of his brother, there's even less time between the two to spend together.
